Part 3: Shipping Policy

We aim to get your orders delivered as quickly and safely as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Order Processing

​

Timeframes: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Carriers

 

We primarily ship via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

Heavy/Oversized Items: Larger items may require LTL Freight shipping. In these cases, a liftgate or loading dock may be required at the delivery location.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

If you are in the Omaha area, please contact us directly if you wish to arrange for local pickup at our facility.

 

3. Delivery & Tracking

Accuracy

 

 Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.Tracking: Once your order ships, tracking updates are provided by the carrier. While we monitor shipments, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package is in the carrier's possession.

 

4. Shipping Damage & Issues

• Inspection: Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

• Damaged Goods: If your items arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, please note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for the delivery.

• Lost Packages: If your tracking info shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier and our customer service team immediately.

 

5. Restrictions

• PO Boxes: We generally cannot ship heavy equipment or oversized items to PO Boxes.

• International Shipping: Currently, we ship primarily within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.

 

Return Police

100% customer satisfactory guarantee, product must be returned as in resalable/ new condition otherwise subject to restocking fee
